At the very least, the posting for this new event on August 20 should give everyone an excuse to watch Breaking Away again. Always a pleasure. But I'm wondering whether some of our VF folks might want to form a team of four and try their luck. All teams ride the same single speed bike -- so all that competitiveness over whose bike lightest is a non factor. Same for electronic shifting; it's a single speed. Any takers?
