Tuesday Moderate Ride- July 17th - 9:00 AM - Panera
We are scheduled to ride to Lake Forest this week. For several years now I’ve been saying this route uses less familiar streets, but I think we’ve done this often enough now that it is just another way to get to Lake Forest. Our total distance will be around 40 miles. I’ll ride at a moderate 13 - 15 mph. We’ll probably have a second group riding around 16 - 17 mph. Lunch will be at Caputo’s. Tomorrow looks like a grand day for a ride - a high temperature of 77 degrees, sunny with no chance of rain.
