Talk about how bicycles supported the US's war...
Author Last Post

Northwestern Transportation library is sponsoring a talk entitled "Reconsidering the Victory Bike in World War II: policy, transportation and Chicago History."

The talk will be Friday, May 19, 5PM-6:30 PM in the Transportation Library which is on the 5th floor of the main library here in Evanston.

The talk is open to the public. Parking on campus is free in the evenings. Guest passes can be obtained at the entrance: all you need is any photo ID. It need not be a government-issued ID.

A flyer about the talk is attached.

It should be both fun and informative.
