Hello: with warmer weather and sun, we shall ride June 2nd to Lake Forest via the North Channel trail and Botanic Garden. We'll head out Wilmette Rd. to Illinois, Hibbard, to Willow, then pick up the Channel trail to Botanic Garden (rest stop N.). Then we take St. John's, Sheridan (etc.), through the Fort, following McClory trail to Lake Forest. Lunch options: Foodstuffs, Einstein's, etc. We'll have some lake views and cooler air on the return. Pace: 14-15, and about 40 miles. Please note later meeting time and place. --Julie (773-516-0872).
