The first Thursday Moderate ride of the season will be a loop into the City via the north branch trail and the Elston Avenue bike lane to the Irving Park neighborhood; then returning via the channel trail. I plan to stop for lunch at the Original Alps Pancake House, a classic Chicago Greek diner with a little of everything on the menu. It’s been open for 60 years and I have never been there! 26 miles roundtrip. BRING A GOOD LOCK.
