This week's Thursday Casual Ride will be mostly on a trail through the forest preserves. We will have breakfast or lunch at Libanais Restaurant, which serves Lebanese style dishes. The menu is atL

The route to Libanais will be on the North Branch Trail and through the Sauganash neighborhood. A feature is the tiled underpass under Lehigh Ave. The murals on the walls illustrate neighborhood history. The return ride from Libanais will be along the North Shore Canal trail.
EBC can guarantee good food but not good weather. An email will be issued before 7:30 AM if the ride has to be cancelled because of the weather.

If you can't do the casual ride to Lebanais, join us for the dinner ride.
The dinner ride starts at 6:15 pm from Panera. I will use the same route as the Thursday casual ride. Total distance will be about 22 miles at a high moderate pace. If the casual ride is cancelled, the dinner ride will probably be cancelled as well.

Lights are required for this ride. Locks are recommended.

The Libanais ride is on. The weather will be OK.
The restaurant is at mile 15 and the end mileage is 21. There will be a rest stop at 9 miles.
