Tuesday Moderate Ride – March 25th – 9:00 AM – Panera
This week I’ll be making my annual Lenten pilgrimage to Culver’s for their Northwoods Walleye Sandwich. All of the other usual menu items will also be available including a vegie burger, which you might not be able to find on the menu board. The Walleye Sandwich, however, is only available during lent.
We’ll be riding to the Culver’s in Buffalo Grove, a round trip of about 42 miles. Here is a link to the route I will be using: Culver's in Buffalo Grove · Ride with GPS. My pace will be moderate (13 – 15 mph).
The weather looks reasonably good for March: mostly cloudy with a high near 45 degrees and winds from the north at 5 to 10 mph. If the actual weather should be vastly different from the forecast making it prudent to cancel the ride, I will post an announcement to the listserv by 7:30 AM.
