Rides

I was much too optimistic about the weather forecast... there is extremely high likelihood of rain in Chicago for what would have been our entire return ride to Evanston after fine dining and drinking at Old Irving Brewing Co.

Today's Brewpub ride is CANCELLED.

A ride to Old Irving will be scheduled later in the summer.

However, rain does not mean that we must suffer a day without beer!  I intend to show up at noon, when Double Clutch Brewing Company in Evanston opens their doors, for a quick lunch including one of their fine beers.  You may remember that Double Clutch hosted our NSC dinner last year, and you may also remember that they have a competent kitchen and talented brewer.

By the way, those of you lamenting the cancelled Fast and Fast Plus rides are also welcome to drop by!

Several of the beers have won medals at the GABF, and I believe the current seasonal is a Maibock.
