I have been wanting to do a two to three day Wisconsin rail trail ride for some time now. I would get a ride up to a starting point and get picked up somewhere down the trail. We can carry our own things on our gravel bikes. You'll need wider tires (40mm?). Currently I am somewhat out of shape having had back surgery but should be OK by September for a leisurely ride weather permitting. I really do not want to ride in bad weather but September is usually drier than some other months. I do not have a firm plan but want to get it together soon so we can reserve hotel rooms along the way. Let me know if interested.
Sometime this winter, I would like to also do a California coast ride too, possibly from Santa Monica to San Diego or similar if anyone is interested. I plan on being southern California for some time this winter so timing is flexible.
