Intro to NW Indiana Take 2 - Prettier, less grittier, and John Dillinger
Another foray into Northwest Indiana. Starting in downtown Highland, Indiana, the ride will travel from Highland to Crown Point and back, mainly on trails. In downtown Crown Point we'll pass by the "escape proof" Old Lake County Jail from which John Dillinger escaped, and have lunch/brunch at One 13 North Kitchen and Bar. We'll ride on parts of the Erie Lackawana Trail, CO Greenway, Oak Savannah Trail, and Pennsey Greenway.
