Please join me Sunday for a 40 mile ride starting at 9:00 am. The route will take us from Panera in Wilmette to Panera in Lake Bluff. It's forecast to be windy, but the wind out of the NNE will provide us with a nice push on the way home. We'll adjust the standard Very Fast pace of 17 - 19 mph to account for headwinds and tailwinds.
