If the weather cooperates, please join me Sunday for a 40 mile ride starting at 9:00 am. We will make a food stop at either Panera - Lake Buff or Hometown - Lake Forest. We'll adjust the standard Very Fast pace of 19 - 21 mph to account for headwinds and tailwinds. If the forecast is for thunderstorms a cancellation will be posted by 7:30 am on Sunday
