Please join me Sunday for a 40 mile ride starting at 9:00 am. We will make a food stop at either Panera-Lake Buff or Hometown-Lake Forest. We'll adjust the standard Very Fast pace of 19 - 21 mph to account for headwinds and tailwinds.
