I would like to ride to Mitsuwa in Arlington Heights. It's an interesting route because it's virtually straight west, plus Mitsuwa is a very fun place to eat and visit, https://mitsuwa.com/
The food service vendors all open at 11:00 am, but this is one location where arriving early can be fun. Early gives us time to checkout all the interesting foods and other things in the store.
The route is about 37.5 miles. I have not previewed the route, but am confident we can get there.
