Please join me Sunday for a 40 mile ride starting at 9:00 am. We will make a food stop at either Panera-Lake Buff or Hometown-Lake Forest. We'll adjust the standard Very Fast pace of 19 - 21 mph to account for headwinds and tailwinds. Temperature forecast is for great cycling weather with partly sunny skies.
This ride will go on hiatus during the following two weeks. Next Sunday there are Fast Plus and Very Fast group North Shore Century Preview rides. And Sunday the 20th is the North Shore Century. This ride will resume on 9/27.
