Join me Sunday for a 40 mile ride starting at 9:00 am. We'll make a food stop at either Panera-Lake Buff or Hometown-Lake Forest. Forecast is for great cycling weather with mostly sunny skies.
Well suited to Fast Plus cyclists that want to give a slightly more challenging pace a go or to VF+ riders that had a hard Saturday ride. We'll adjust the standard Very Fast rolling pace of 19 - 21 mph to account for headwinds and tailwinds.
