How to Use Rides and Events Calendar


  • Click “All” in the Calendars section to see all rides and events
  • Then click on any bar to turn that selection off.For example, click on “Weekly” (see white arrow) to turn off all recurring weekly rides.Click on additional bars as desired to also turn them off.

    OR:

  • Hover over any bar and click on the “eyeball” at the right end of the bar to show ONLY that choice.
  • Then click on one or more additional bars to add those choices.For example: click on the “eyeball” for the purple Fast bar to see only Fast non-recurring events.Then click on the blue Moderate bar to also show those events.

       
   
   

How to change calendar views

Click on the buttons at top right for: “4 weeks”, “Year”, or “Agenda” to change calendar views.

How to specify date range

  • Click the “Today” button to go to current date.
  • To make date range shorter or longer, use the “Date Range” pull-down selector.
  • Move backwards or forwards by pressing the “<” or “>” next to the “Today” button.
  • Click on a date in the small calendar upper left to move to any date desired.Or hover over the year in this calendar to change to a different year, and then click on date desired.

How to see more or less detail in Agenda view

To only display ride names and key info, uncheck the “Details” box.

How to find what you are looking for more easily

  
     
  • Use quotation marks for exact search results
  • Add other filters as desired: status, pace, etc.
  
   

Noteworthy options in the ride detail window

  • Click on a ride to get the ride detail window.Midway down that window by the “Start Location”, click on “Show on Map” to open Google Maps for directions to the Start Location.
  • In the upper right corner of the ride detail window pull down the menu labeled “Share” to see options for various calendars and social media sites.

If you do not want to download the app, open the EBC Calendar from the EBC website menu “Rides & Events” tab.
