Tuesday Moderate Ride – February 13 – 10 AM – Panera
Tuesday does not look like an entirely unreasonable day for a bike ride. The temperature should be above freezing by 10 AM. Cloudy skies are expected with winds from the NNW at 5 to 10 mph. The temperature could climb as high as 39 degrees before ride’s end!
I’m planning to lead a ride to Egg Harbor in Lake Forest. Here is a link to the route I will be using: LkFrstEggHarbr3 · Ride with GPS. I will ride at a moderate (13 – 15 mph) pace. Our total distance will be about 35 miles.
If the actual weather differs enough from the predicted weather to make it prudent to cancel the ride, I will post a cancelation notice by 8:30 AM.
