In 1893, the World’s Columbian Exposition took place in Chicago, Grover Cleveland started his second non-consecutive term as president, and the Newberry building opened to the public. On this guided tour, we'll learn about the history behind the founding of the Newberry. we'll also learn of ways to engage with the library.
