Indoor Intensity Rides at VQ |
Don't let the word "intensity" overwhelm you, these are just hard workouts that are based off of your ability. Every 75-minute, instructor led, intensity ride at Vision Quest has a specific goal and is part of a larger, 8-week "Phase" of workouts and this next phase is the Strength Phase. On a scale of 1 to 10, you can expect our workouts to have a perceived exertion rate between 7 and 10 at times. |
